A copy I'm sure- but it looks like someone took some care into the reproduction(kind of like those Sapphire copies you can find).  That's if you get the item as pictured or if it's a generic CDR

He never says you get what's pictured so it's most likely just a CDR, it'd be cool if they were actual copies like those Sapphires though.

Oh and I forgot to mention, didn't Dracula X always come in a white case?  Every one I've ever seen on ebay has a white case.

from memory believe almost all CD2/SCD JPN titles come in white jewel case...

I find the ME scam to be just as repulsive as the CDR shennanigans this seller is pulling. I reported his butt to ebay. Not that it does much good.
