I saw this http://cgi.ebay.com/Angel-Voice-photo-cd-Saturn-CD-I-NEC-PC-FX-/140576671994?pt=Video_Games_Games&hash=item20bb05c8fa and i was wondering is pc-fx really cross-platform with the games? You can use the same game on a different system?

Photo CD is a format. The same way that many CD systems could play music CDs, at the time many systems supported Photo CD. There were a few Photo CD games which would play on multiple systems. Regular PC-FX games still only play on PC-FX, and the same for the other systems, (Saturn only plays on Saturn etc.)

I don't know if "game" is really the right term. Is it possible to make a rudimentary game from a Photo CD?
But yeah, its a Photo CD so it will play in anything Photo CD capable. Just like audio CDs will, for example.
