Typically I've seen it used to indicate Jewel Case, Instructions, Card (hucard) AKA, all but original box.

Post by: BlueBMW on August 13, 2011, 02:53:26 PM: It also seems to be more TurboGrafx / PC engine specific since our games are sometimes referred to as "cards" or "carts". Unlike most other cart games though, we dont have a clamshell, or box. we have a jewel case.

Hey man I have only one Aldynes in my collection. I will keep you in mind for the next Aldynes I find. Also I believe I typed this in my mega sale thread that my pc engine games would be also listed in PC Engine section. But more people visit the Turbo GRafx section than PC Engine section where is the LOVE for PC Engine stuff LOL .
