Title: Cho Aniki: Otoko no Tamafuda: Anyone have any idea how to play it ?

I've been trying to figure out the basics of this game for ages, but have no idea what to do. I tried pressing all the buttons and nothing happens and I seemingly can't go anywhere on the title screen.

Anyone have any ideas ?

As best I can translate that....  this is what I get:

Status
Save
Deck
Look at Card
????
kimochi <3 ???
Close
