Hey guys,
Wondering if anyone can tell me what could be causing this issue with a DUO?
I have not received the item and I am buying as faulty.
Please give me your opinions on what could be causing the graphics problems.
Thanks

Dirty contacts?

Looks more like a problem with the contacts on either the Hucards being used or the system..
Your first step really ought to be just to clean (and seriously clean) both cards & contacts well. Then do a little fidgeting & cleaning with the port itself.
Either that, or leaky capacitors could have leaked on to the board... in which case, the board may need cleaning (and possible capacitor replacement, as well.).
A good bit of cleaning goes a long way to help your system... as does dirt to do a lot of damage.
Good luck!

Thanks guys. That's what I suspected. Just going by some of the weird graphics I get on my PCEngine when the cart is not inserted correctly makes me think it is just contacts.
Thankfully changing the caps on these is nice and easy as there is heaps of room in these babies.

I have used this to clean my TG16, works great.

Just got confirmation from the seller. Even when using the CD it has the same graphics issues so I am starting to think more on the lines of a board fault.
Hopefully its only CAP issues which can be repaired.

Hmmm... let's hope for the best. Post your problems here and I'm sure there will be people who can help out. ;)

if it happens with cd based gamed (without system or arcade card) than you have bigger issues than caps.
the fact that th game is running says its video ram or a damaged connection to video ram
