Looking for any of the PCE controller or Turbo duo controller factory cords. Obviously the mini-din plug on the end needs to be in good working shape but the controller end can be cut. Anyone who converted controllers for 10' cord would have these laying around or broken controllers obviously.
What am I doing with it? Making TG16-Duo controller adapters. I only want 2 so any others I make will be sold here at cost of materials if someone wants one. I have made a coupel with the generic Mini-din extensions and they work fine but the Cord used on a Controller has a thicker cable sheath which makes it more resistant to abrasions and it fits the strain relief of a Female Din plug without any modifications plus it is nice to have the factory male plug from the controller. Overly critical......I know.
Just thought someone might have old cord laying in a box from modded controllers.

Monoprice sells the mini din plugs used for the PCE/Duo. The Turbob plugs are more difficult to find but I'm sure someone could help with a link.

The basic mini din plugs are a dime a dozen, the factory plug must come off a controller cord.

... the factory plug must come off a controller cord.
Whatcha mean? Circular DIN8 (http://parts.digikey.com/1/parts/264911-conn-circular-din-8-pin-male-sd-80.html) plugs aren't hard to find.

The factory NEC plug housing is very different than an over the counter mini-din plug housing. Electrically the plug is the same. I will take pictures tonight.

the nec plug contains a ferrite doughnut. (same as on the cord of PS2 controllers)
