I have a PC Engine Duo, and I brought it out one day after being in storage for several months and now CD based games take a extremely long time to load and plays wrong or random tracks for the CD-Audio. I do not have soldering skills, if there is a fix for this that I can do with out I would do i my self but if not I would like to find someone who can do that for me and how much in parts and labor that would cost. Also being close to southwestern Ohio(Cincinnati/Dayton area) would help but not necessary.
Thanks for the help.

if the problem started while the system was stored its likely a cap issue, or a grease issue.
try cleaning and greasing the gears.
if that doesnt fix it I can.

Ok so I opened the system up and clean it out(it was really dusty and dirty on the inside. That has fixed the problem(and I hope it stays that way).
