I can't believe it. 4 days before the auction ends, and a bunch of absolute twats have bumped it up to over £400.

Which makes it A) out of my price range until I win the lottery, by about £50, and B) not that much cheaper than the BIN one in better condition.
I can't believe the amount of nobends dicking around eBay bidding stupid amounts of money this early in an auction. I'd say they have more money than sense, but if they have that much money, that's not saying much.
Even worse, I've been holding out for it, so I've let a bunch of other neat stuff slide.

even on YJA boxed LTs go for over ¥50000
-
Yeah a boxed LT in good shape is going to be expensive no matter how you look at it.
-
Um...it's an LT. I think $500 or so is still bottom end for an LT. They are quite rare and cost $1000 new. Also, they f*cking rule.
Considering people are paying $1000 for some US games now, I honestly consider the LT to be a huge bargin, as far as high end vintage gaming crap goes. I can't understand why it isn't $5000.

There's a nice boxed LT on Yahoo Auctions Japan right now, at 43,000 yen at the moment which doesn't meet the reserve price. Wonder how much it will go for...

Probably ¥80,000-95,000.
-
I don't think it will go for QUITE that much but I wouldn't be surprised to see it go over 70,000.
-
Dude, it comes with games. I almost want it just for Neutopia 1 lol. Kidding aside, I wouldn't doubt if it goes for £700 if not more these things absolutely rule. I wish I could own one or build one from scratch. Hmm...

...considering people are paying $1250 for empty boxes (potentially), I honestly consider the LT to be a huge bargin... =)

I would love to see some Chinese manufacturer make a knock off clone of one of these. Probably be the only way I'll ever get to see one in person.

Agreed. :)
