Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me a primer on what the options mean for the save manager on a Japanese Duo.
I never had access to a US unit so I'm not sure what my options are - it's very much in japanese and running blind with save files isn't so fun.
Any tips?

Um, I'm pretty sure I've seen a guide on gamefaqs but I can't find it
Ah, here it is: http://www.gamefaqs.com/tg16/916398-turbografx-16/faqs
It's for the Tennokoe bank, but it may help

I hear you brother! Everytime I accidently hit select on the boot screen, #$%&* #@@%&!!! I end up power cycling to get out of the memory manager. (well, now I know to goto the bottom option to quit)

Just run an english system card through an emulator to get a feel for it and take screen shots if needed.
The important thing is to be certain of how to not format the memory.

The only options are to delete individual items, to format everything, and to go back to the title screen. It couldn't be much easier.

We've still had a few comments over the years from people who still manage to erase all their saves without backing them up on a TB. Of course, I'm pretty sure that at least one of them involved a Turbo CD/Duo, so there's no stopping some people. :P

You have three options in that menu. In order from top to bottom they are
DELETE- used to remove individual files
FORMAT- exactly what it says, format/erases everything
END- umm...I dont know what this one is. :) lol
