Title: North America vs. Europe
Post by: Turbotracks on February 25, 2012, 08:32:48 AM: Wondering if there is a difference between the the U.S. and European turbo chip releases including boxes? Is there any?

I would love it if we could speak to someone with first-hand experience with the PAL hardware and/or could tell us which specific titles were available in Europe.

We have decent information about the French PCE import scene, for example, but nothing solid about PAL TG-16 software availability (hell, we know more about the Korean Vistar! Not much, but more than PAL TG-16).

I'm not sure if anyone else remembers where this was, but there was a scan of an ad for buying TurboGrafx games (and hardware) in British pounds. There was 20ish games available plus the system. Does anyone still have that scan?
