Title: Help me ID this vintage mid century-70s chair
Post by: PunkicCyborg on April 16, 2012, 02:28:01 PM
This awesome chair was at one of my customers house today. They didn't want to sell it but when I gave them my number to call me if they change their mind they seemed like I could get from them. I do know it's a period piece and not a repro, the lady had it since the 70s when her boyfriend gave it to her.

Looks like a knock-off of the standard Eames lounger.

Looks like a knock-off of the standard Eames lounger.
I haven't found one that matches though. I also wonder if the base is original or from another piece because it looks a little off. I prefer the eames style better with the 4-5 spoke base.
