I have 3 N64  dupes; Goldeneye, Zelda OOT and I think Mario Kart 64.  You probably have those though

*edit* sorry, it was Mario Kart, not Mario

Bartre: go check out the Famicom World forums sale section. There are several sellers with inexpensive Famicoms, I got mine from 80sFreak for like $45 or something shipped for a really good condition console with refurbished controllers.

just did, about how much was shipping, and what method did you use?
also, can anyone speak as to the sharp twin fami?
i may decide to get a disk system later, and i figure if i will, i might as well get the twin, save some money on shipping at least.

We used SAL small packet, it took 2 weeks to get from Japan to the east coast US, and was $15

You might ask Elabit, he has a Twin. They have composite out with no modifications, and seem to be fine systems. I prefer the original Fami/FDS since they are stackable and take up less space.

goddamn, all this talk about xbox has got me wanting original xbox games.

It didn't have quite the monumental effect the 16-bit consoles had one me, but there are a few gems.  Halo, KOTOR, Burnout 2, Forza Motorsport (though the newer ones have only gotten better imo), Ghost Recon, Mechassault, Splinter Cell.

Random useless tidbit: While working for Red Storm, I worked on a patch for Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter.  That was about the most fun I had working there.  The other games I worked on were pretty bad.  I'm pretty sure I was credited in Rainbow Six: Lockdown for the PS2, but it was so bad I declined a release copy. :)
