So, I decided to open up the PCE Duo to add an s-video mod. I got the security screws out, but the case is not coming open very easily. I know that there is a region mod inside (which I didn't do), so I don't want to jostle things too much.
It looks like there is a clip on the rear underside of the console that holds the top down. Aside from this, what should I watch out for that could be holding the case together?
I did some light prying near the Hu slot, and it didn't want to budge...
Thanks!

it should honestly be the screws and thats it. Make sure you got every screw off.

Hm. There were four screws on the underside, and those are all out. I looked for others, and can't find any. I'll keep at it.

Just took a look at mine and it has 5 screws
4 in the corners, and one off to the left from the center of the console. Maybe there is a sticker covering it?

TY! There was a sticker there, looks like it was placed by the modder in Hong Kong or somesuch. Glad I didn't pull on it too hard.

Glad you didn't either! ;-)
