Those are all you really need.  The only other game they made was Bonk.  :)

I guess you're asking about games to look for? There are plenty. Look here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_TurboGrafx-16_games

Some you might want to try.
Alien Crush, Air Zonk, Blazing Lazers, Bloody Wolf, Bomberman 93', Bonk's Adventure, Bonk's Revenge, Chase HQ, Devil's Crush, Dragon Spirit, Dungeon Explorer, Galaga 90', Legendary Axe, Legendary Axe II, Military Madness, Neutopia, Neutopia II, New Adventure Island, Ninja Spirit, Raiden, R-Type, Shockman, Soldier Blade, Space Harrier, Super Star Soldier, Tiger Road, Turrican, Victory Run, Vigilante.

Those are just some semi-random suggestions looking through the list. If you eventually get the CD-ROM system or change to a Turbo DUO system there are a bunch more great games to check out.

I can certainly (and from experience) recommend Alien Crush, Air Zonk, Blazing Lazers,  Bomberman 93', Bonk's Adventure, Bonk's Revenge, Devil's Crush, R-Type, Shockman, Soldier Blade, and Super Star Soldier as A* titles.

These are games I want
Bloody Wolf
Ninja Spirit
Turrican

And these I've got, but would prefer to play the first bunch.
Chase HQ
Dragon Spirit
Galaga 90'
Legendary Axe
Space Harrier

Congrats! you'll love the TG16/PCE tons of Hu and CD games to enjoy.

So far there are some great suggestions posted. Can't go wrong.

What type of games are you the most into? I jumped on the PCE/TG16 'cause of the chooters (shooters/shmups) and have discovered a ton of other great titles since. It's a machine that keeps me saying "I had no idea it could do that."

You're in luck then cause Bonk's Adventure and it's sequel Bonk's Revenge are cheap and easy to come by. Bonk III on the other hand...good luck with that one.  8)

I'd go Alien Crush. It's pretty much perfect for someone new to the system, and it's a timeless game. Don't be scared off by the fact that it's a pinball game.

KnightWarrior: Welcome, comrade. (http://junk.tg-16.com/images/pcds.png)

As _joshua pointed out, we can help you best if you tell us what genre(s) you are most interested in.

Otherwise, we'd be happy to list all the great/good cheap games.

Now trade the TurboGrafx-16 for a PC Engine and get a double win.

Definitely get Blazing Lazers. It's cheap and easily found. If you like it, then there is a whole slew of games just like it for the Turbo.
