You should try it out before buying. It is a pricier PCE game.

Technically zero.  There's no differentiation in the Arcade Card format between Pro and Duo cards.

I am not sure if you are aware but some SCD games also support enhancements when used with an Arcade card for example 3x3 Eyes:

Does anyone have any videos/ screen-shots for the ACD wrestling games?
I use to have it and it's not worth it the game is more of a,simulation then any thing i'd suggest skipping it.

I believe that only the Fire Pro Female Wrestling game is a cinematic/digicomic/sim type game. Battlefield Wrestling '94 looks like a regular wrestling game, although nothing that takes advantage of the ACD format.

Yup the all female pro wrestling game is like that i owned it once then sold it quickly.
