Ahh that pesky Laseractive Test Hucard.... Its gotta exist, but who knows where one would find them. I'm sure they were only sold to Pioneer repair centers, and so they're probably sitting in some old retired technicians toolbox if anywhere. I'd love to just get a dump of one so I could actually use it for some of the tuning / testing it supposedly does on LA hardware.

That was a nice read. My favorite is how the PCE has unused parts, and is used in arcade cabs.
