It is for 1 or 2 players but can be frustrating to play alone since there are some difficult parts that can be easier if your 2nd player provides cover fire for you and gives you a jumping boost off his shoulders.

Does anyone know if the PC Engine mouse works in any games? I've always wondered if games like Loom would actually recognize the mouse.

Loom doesn't, but here's a list of games that do utilize the mouse: clicky.
