I have one.. are you in the US? If so $22.00 shipped. Includes case, hucard, sleeve, and manual. Pics upon request.

Sorry Greg I stopped shipping out of the country awhile back because I was having too many issues. I am sure someone else here can help you get a minty copy

I have an extra, and I'd be willing to put up with the obnoxious stuff for customs. I've got to do one with FiftyQuid here, probably next week.
