Title: Getting through some epic RPGs without a guide or knowledge of Japanese
Post by: ddd1234 on December 07, 2012, 03:26:47 PM
Bought some cheap RPGs from Hit-Japan ebay, and I was wondering If it's possible to go through these without help of a guide or any knowledge of Japanese. I tried searching for a guide, but there seem to none available at this time.

Blood Gear

Cosmic Fantasy 4 Chapter 2

Necromancer

Sol Moonarge

Susa-no-Oh Densetsu (picture included for reference)

I haven't tried myself but I've heard that blood gear can be played through without knowing Japanese.

Also, read up on the other games you mentioned there. The reviewer usually does a good job of letting us know if it's playable without knowing Japanese.

Blood Gear shouldn't be a problem. The CFs have had enough gaijin go through them at this point that if you get stuck you should be able to get help. I have no knowledge of the other games.

Thanks for the suggestion. Also bought Burai 1 & 2 because people on this forum love these games.

Didn't care for LoX too much. The constant backtracking became really annoying. I kinda stopped playing on chapter 7. However, I did finish LoX2.

@Arkhan

I will send giant Mario from New Mario Brothers to stomp on Kung Fu.

I'm pretty sure China Warrior is still bigger, especially if he power fists Mario.

Though, I hear Mario is into that.

PROTIP: Mario is a "bottom" ...
