Title: Tg-16 Region Mod (Anyone reliable?) Also, Turbo Express not turning on at all.

I have a TG-16 CD setup with the System 3.0 card. I love the thing to death and I play tons of PC engine CD games on it. I just feel like I'm missing out on a lot of great JP Hu-card exclusives. I'm looking for reliable guys on here that do nice clean mods. I searched the forum but it was hard to find some more recent people doing it. If anyone can steer me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, I have a Turbo Express and it won't turn on. I've been dying to see the thing in action. Does the community know anyone that fixes these? Let me know. Thanks, Scott

The search sucks but there are plenty of threads on this: these great fixers are a good place to start all do top notch work: just PM them: Kieth Courage, Chop5 (fix only), thesteve, apolloboy, Duo-R the following modder fixer may also able to help but might be busy at the moment so you'll def want to pm him first Turboken.   (these were just the one's I could think of off the top of my head) 

I would try Kieth First and he's got a ton of feedback here.

I've personally worked with or gotten a machine serviced by Kieth, Chop, and Turboken.

First thing is has someone messed with the Turbo Express? If your lucky it is just a bad fuse.
