I remember Eternal Darkness being awesome, not sure how it has aged though.

Metroid Prime was really good at the time too, mostly because it was the first console FPS that didn't make me feel gimped without a mouse/keyboard. I just played it the other day, and it seems to hold up pretty well.

I hated Twilight Princess for some reason- not sure why. I normally love Zelda games.

Skies of Arcadia is awesome (unless you've already played it on the Dreamcast).

F-Zero GX- Lots of fun but the difficulty ramps up quick. Very fast, smooth, tight gameplay.

Ikaruga - Another one that kicks my ass but I keep going back to.

Wario ware, inc. Mega Party Games! - I haven't played this version but I played through it on GBA (and the DS sequel) many times, lots of fun.

Mega Man Anniversary Collection  - The GC version suffers from a fatal (to me) flaw: The A/B buttons are switched: B is jump and A is shoot. And you can't change it in the game settings. Weaksauce.

Metroid Prime - My favorite game on the GC and the reason I bought one.

Metroid Prime 2: Echoes - Excellent game, but I thought the original Prime was just a bit better.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption - This is a Wii title, not GC

Super Mario Sunshine - Good fun, but my least favorite of the 3D Mario games.

Gameboy player

So I look into this and just about had a nerdgasm!

Holy shit!  Sure, old news to most, but sure as hell exciting to me. So it really lets one play gba games on the big screen.? Like no bullshit?

Need for Speed Underground was my biggest GC guilty pleasure. Game was addicting as hell.

Also loved the hell out of Super Mario Sunshine even though people rag on it all the time.

Some other (cheap!) gems:
-Viewtiful Joe 1 and 2
-Beach Spikers Volleyball
-Waverace Bluestorm

So it has no single player off-line campaign at all?

Bomberman Generations

Do you know how it compares to Bomberman Land 2? I know it's a JP title btw.

any of you tried "Shikigami No Shiro II? Seems like there are some fun looking shooters on the system too.

This one was expensive as hell Radilgy, Radirgy, Rajirugi

No bullshit at all. Plays old school GB and GB Color too.  Only thing is, if you get one, make sure you get the player disc that it needs.  Kind of a homage to super system card...HA!
But seriously, you do need the disc for the player to work.

Is it worth it for the Off-line version only?

and I want this one Phantasy Star Online, Episode I & II Plus right?

Bomberman Generations, better single player then part 2.As for PSO it has a single player but it's more enjoyable in multiplayer.

In my opinion the Super Gameboy is better for OG Gameboy games.  Gameboy Player is awesome, but you gotta keep them both around.

Not to mention the stock SNES pad is a lot better than the GC pad.  The Hori GB Player controller is good for GC, but it will cost you some loot!

Seriously, only bought my NGC for Metroid Prime and Resident Evil Remake. Later on, I got RE 0, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, Tales of Symphonia, Zelda Windwaker, RE 4 and MGS Twin Snakes. There just weren't too many NGC games I really cared to get.

I'm experiencing the same. The ability to play gba games brings it to another lvl for me.
