Trying to get my hands on a HE card converter for a reasonable price instead of buying a PC Engine. PM me if you have one available

Not many on sale really. You'll probably have to make your own Chopsado.

you can buy a pc engine cheaper than the converter or even have someone region mod it for less than most the converters.
