Title: Gulliver Boy how to beat a Boss Question

hello,

iam playing gulliver boy right now and iam 22 hours into it. but now there is a female boss atop of a cathedral which sends me back to the entrance of the level, everytime i fight her for a few rounds. she is here in that video:

how is it possible to beat her? is there any trick?
