Hi all,
I have a US Duo and I have an Arcade Card so I can play Sapphire. I of course had to get a convertor many years ago so the Duo would recognize the Arcade Card...but as time went on, the system wouldn't detect the Arcade Card more and more...now maybe 1 time out of 100 it'll work. It's obviously because the Kisado isn't making contact with the connectors in the Duo slot...anyone have any suggestions? :/

I hear a lot of good things about Region Mods for the Duo.

The Arcade Card is the most picky HuCARD. Your Kisado might work fine for most other games. Do you have other games?

Whoops, duplicate post.

The Arcade Card was the only card I had issues with when I used my old diving board converter. Once my console was region modded it's worked perfectly. You may have better luck with a chopsado (shoot chop5 a PM about getting one, it probably won't cost much), but really your best bet is to get your console region modded.

Clean the contacts of the converter (both ends) and the Arcade Card. 'Tis a common problem.

Thanks for the responses. I have no other foreign HuCards so getting it modded is a bit much.

I have the same issue. I put a small piece of paper on to bottom on the ACD to make the contacts tighter. I read once (read: rumor) that the ACD might have been a cheaper manufacturing process, I have the same issue with SF2'.
If you sell your convertor, you can gouge ppl on ebay and read the hate on the thread :)

It's a thing that pretty much pays for itself though, and it's far cheaper than getting a wonky converter (far more convenient too).
