I was already aware of big improvements folks were making to help disabled individuals communicate (i.e. by tracking eye movements), but even I wasn't ready for this article :)
The next stage is to develop a cap that does not have to be attached directly to the scalp. This should make the device easier to use and cause less skin irritation for the wearer.
Indeed! At least they don't have to stick electrodes into your skull, though :)

That's pretty cool stuff, I think my brother was talking to me about this since he always talks about nano technology and stuff.

Seriously -- so many articles seem more like "science fiction" than "present-day research". Crazy.
