I know a couple other members besides myself had kids recently so I thought I would post up a picture of my daughter in the awesome PC Engine onesie I made her. I thought this would be fun if anyone else wanted to post pics of their kids with Turbo/PCE stuff, but I figure any retro gaming would be cool. Bonus points if you've got pictures of yourself from back in the day rocking it out on the Turbo or a similar system! :D

Very cute. I don't get why you put the logo upside down though. Is that just the camera flipping the image?
-
It's traditional for wild xeles to carry their young by their ankles, making the logo right side up.

No, I was just an idiot when I was ironing the logo onto the onesie and wasn't paying attention. Though I did need to flip the logo itself before printing it out because the whole thing get reversed that way.
At least this way she can look down at it and actually read it though, I'll consider it a teaching tool!

I think already posted these awhile back but here is my little girl thinking she's playing bonk back at our old place in Kansas.

Sounds like you've got a good beta tester!
-
Because I'm too lazy to use the search function, and in light of a few members here recently drawing ever closer to parenthood, I've decided to make a thread for showing off your bub-bubs.
I really hate to be "that" guy, but I'm sure I'm not the only one filled with pride that your offspring even managed to survive the rigorous gauntlet that is coming into this world.
I hope you'll all excuse my dadly noobishness, but as a first-time parent, I'd like to have the opportunity to perhaps discuss this new experience with other first-timers, as well as those of you with experience.
Also, just look at this little chunk.
-
Congratulations!
Dude, having kids is fantastic! I have two, and they are great. Sure sometimes they may me want to jump through a window, but most of the time, they are good people.
-

C'mon, man. It's not even that old of a thread. When I figure out how to merge threads, you'll be joining this one: https://www.pcenginefx.com/forums/index.php?topic=14941
-
Damn dude...my apologies. I'm kind of doing all this on my phone because I'm still at the hospital. >.<
-
No biggie. Being too excited to take the time to search is understandable when you got a cute lil rug monkey to share.
So what's his name? Landis, Leon, Hawk, Ozzie, Eric, or Adol?
-
His name is Soldier Blade. ...Err, I mean Darius. Gaiden.
Actually, it's Athens.
-
What a cute kid! Relish every bit of these first several months because you will never remember it easily due to all the sleep deprivation. :D

Supa congrats yo! Don't get too attached to that date, though. Our initial date was September 23rd, but the last ultrasound pointed closer to the 5th...little smarty pants showed up on the 22nd. :P

Added this little girl to my ObeyBIE/ Turbo Kid collection this afternoon.
-
Congratulations Desh!
-
Congrats on the addition!
With all the kiddos showing up now, apparently OBEYers like to get freaky during the winter months.
-
Too many kids. Please stop. Having them.
-
looks like a legit addition..lol
congrats bro :D
-
Thanks for the kind words everyone. I don't think I'm going to go for the full U.S. set. 3 is enough to keep me occuppied.

This happened last night!

Turbo Kiddo! by xelement5x, on Flickr
My daughter was playing with some templates I had printed out for TurboGrafx stickers/magnets I was trying to make and just seemed to be having so much fun!
Then she stuck them in her mouth :|
-
Dat Turbob smile.
Look on the bright side: at least she didn't stick some feka brown in her mouth.

I remember almost crying when I saw the photo. It has almost happened to me SO MANY TIMES (kids completely destroying stuff...luckily, never any serious damage).
-
I will say, those kids have good style with the colors they chose at least.

This new one is ridiculous!

You should share a tasty 'nana with her so she doesn't have to eat cars.
