I have a spare 3 button avenue pad :) since I am in Canada shipping maybe like $10 so if someone can help you locally it might be better on your wallet. PM me and will talk price incase you are interested.

Hey man, appreciate the offer but an Ave3 would be overkill for me. Really just looking for a standard pad (or a 6-button, but nobody seems to have an extra of those hangin' around).

Ok, I have two extras.  One is the Black/Silver Turbo Duo Pad, and the other is a Purple/Black PCE Duo pad.  PM me and we will go from there.
