Title: Loose copy of SNES Mario World and Allstars Obtained!
Post by: Mishran on July 10, 2013, 10:55:35 AM
Just as the topic states. Looking for something decent to play on this SNES I picked up a few weeks back. Not sure what either title is fetching right now, but if anyone has a copy they are willing to sell at a reasonable price, shoot me a pm. I know they released a combo cart of these two which would be great depending on the price.

Allstars isn't  too important since I got all the games (minus lost levels) on the NES, but World is a definite.

I have a loose copy of Spawn that I could trade for it too.

Thanks folks!

I have a small handful of bla games for the SNES if you want them.  Bunch of sports titles, one star wars title, and some silly porky pig game.  They came bundled with a SNES console I bought, and was just gonna toss em.  But if you want em, they are yours for the cost of shipping.  Just PM me.  I would use a flat rate padded envelope, so 5.70 or something like that.

I appreciate the offer Bernie, but I'm gonna pass. I'm really only looking for the Mario games at present. I'm sure someone will jump on the offer though.

You are quite welcome. I am glad that my praying (and daily sacrificial offerings) finally paid off.

I will continue to pray for your safe passage through both games. Godspeed.

All Stars is important. It demonstrates the proper way of remaking great games. Few companies have produced similar accomplishments ever since.

IMO, if you have a SNES you should have Mario All Stars even if you have the NES versions. Personally I enjoy playing the 16 bit versions as much as the 8 bit ones. Also, Yoshi's Island is a must (probably the best SNES platformer ever).

Well I was referring to the fact that I could have easily waited on getting Allstars. Fortunately I got them both for an excellent price.

Were you sacrificing Genesis carts? :)

Better be sports games... namely EA sports games. We can do without the abundant, unwanted Madden games. :-&

I was pretty disappointed with the Wii all stars.  I have never played the sneeze one.

Just got my copy of SNES all-stars and am very impressed. They did a complete overhaul on all the games. Updated character sprites, animated/scrolling backgrounds, and kick ass music. Definitely worth the price of admission. Doesn't hold up to Mario World though. SMW is awesome fun from start to finish.
