what do you think about these? do you think they're annoying / useful?

They should be installed on shopping carts and strollers and lawn mowers and toddlers.

My car has one.  All it does is make people stop in front of you and look around confused thus increasing their likely hood of getting hit.  I wouldn't bother with personally.

I inherited my car from my grandfather and he had it installed.

Here in Japan all cars have them factory installed. After awhile you don't really hear them anymore.
