Title: PC Engine has my heart...
Post by: wyndcrosser on October 27, 2013, 05:36:15 PM
I finally got the PC Engine Duo-R playing CD's without issues. The games are incredible and the controller is great. I'm thoroughly impressed. You guys were right, the only thing that ruined NEC was NEC. This could have been great! (yes, I know it was great in Japan until the PC-FX).

Thanks again for this great community.

PC-FX in the grand scheme of things wasn't the hard hitter NEC wanted it to be.

QFT - especially back when all the other systems were still cartridge based. you did end up
getting the unplayable, WTF games  #-o  but it added to the overall experience.
(for some reason I still have them)
