Epic battle.
Ultima NES has better cover art which makes it better.
Sorry if i'm getting too deep in thought here.
I dont want to lose anybody, so im trying to dumb it down for all the slow pokes.

Quest of the Avatar for NES because trying to cram a mouse interface into an SNES game proved to make a game f*ckin retarded.

Shouldnt this be in the console chat forum?

If this repeatedly happening is trolling, I approve.

I'm still shocked folks played Ultima series on consoles.
Unacceptable.

Ultima Exodus on NES is probably the best version of Ultima 3, though!

ugh.. I hated the Ultima games....

What did you not like about them Bernie? Each game was great in my opinion and kept getting better and better until U8. Down hill from there.
Ultima 7 still gets a repeated play from me quite frequently. U4 is the runner up for my faves followed by the Underworld games.

Two of my favourite Turbo games?

If your only experience with Ultima games are the NES/SNES ones, you will have a bad time mostly.
-
I voted for Ultima: Runes of Virtue.

Don't mind vesty's passive aggressive nerd rage.

That game was pretty fun, even though it was really doofy looking.

Interesting, I reserve judgement on that version (Ultima 3 on NES...but I've tried others and couldn't get into them...which I think is common for folks who go from PC --> console for these games).
I'm actually curious about ports/remixed versions for consoles, however, I'm so biased towards the versions I originally played, I can't promise I'd ever be completely fair and objective.
I'm not always this bad (subjective), but I usually get irritated with the UI on console versions. I can deal with cumbersome UI if I feel it's worth it...but is it? Ha!

Heh, somebody's trolling ole fragmare... Not nice, vesty. ;)
