SHORT PEACE is the highly acclaimed anime movie compilation featuring works by legendary anime artist Katsuhiro Otomo and includes four stellar short films. The fifth and final part of the whole collection is a 2D side-scrolling action video game called Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day, which was directed by Goichi Suda (Suda51) of Grasshopper Manufacture and developed by Crispy's Inc. (Tokyo Jungle)

It was just announced that Namco Bandai will localize this for the US the other day but this one looks pretty interesting to me! Looks like a frenetic platformer/run and gun with a touch of maid complex or something.

The other parts of Short Peace look pretty good too, I may have to look them up.
