I've been looking around he second level of Blue Blink for what seems like forever. Replaying the same stages over and over. I can not find this Key for the ivory tower!
Any Ideas?
-
I haven't played that game in a while but I seem to recall having the same problem.
-
Yeah, I looked on gamefaqs message board and one of the few posts is asking the same thing. I htink it has somehting to do with the girl cause she can jump high. But I am having no luck.
-
Isn't this one in the tower with the spiral staircase? You take these stairs that go up and up, then there's a falling block... you either jump over the block and shoot at a floor piece to reveal the key, or take the block down and the key's along the floor somewhere. Ring a bell?
-
That sounds like stage 1 except the bell. Stage 2 is where you get the girl, and there are wooden stages abs a balloon stage.

Sorry for the necro post everyone, but this is kinda an important topic. :)
Stage 1: in the Tower level
Stage 2: in the bridge level, on the red house
If somebody could contribute the other locations, that would be cool as well. It's annoying to have to shoot every possible inch of space.
-
I'll make a cute little page if folks contribute all the info.
If anyone wants to take screenshots, even better.
:)
-
My memory says that one was in a hot air balloon stage and that another was in a brown castle in a box/brick or something? :P
-
Fun game, but yeah, I had trouble finding two of the keys.
-
cool! Glad to see this finally was figured out. I will play the game later this week, and see if I can complete it now.

Take notes :)

Nobody ever bothered to post this information, so I guess I'll do it. This needs to be posted. There is no benefit blindly shooting random spaces, when you should be having fun shooting enemies instead!
I spent a few minutes watching a longplay. I'm adding to the prior locations, and adding time stamps where the keys appear in the video. Hopefully this makes the game more accessible to everyone. It's pretty fun!

Stage 1: in the Tower level, on the top floor next to a step (5:20)
Stage 2: in the bridge level, on the red house (13:30)
Stage 3: in the big stalagmite level, on one of the wooden posts (17:50)
Stage 4: the first level with the tents, shoot above a red lamp-post with the grenades (26:30)
Stage 5: no key, just go through the castle and fight the final boss :)

Yeah, good job man! I've been too busy with school to do anything.
-
Wow, what a coincidence! Jist a couple of days ago I finally played this game for the first time for real, after having popped it in for a few minutes right after purchase, and I ALSO was stuck in world 2....no luck finding that darned key. Ha!
So thank you for this!
And a question: I know it says "Blue Blink" in the title screen, but when I bought the game the seller listed it in this thread as "Aoi Blink", and that's also what it was refered to on some review site I checked. So....both titles are correct?
-
Aoi means Blue in Japanese.

Oooookay.....that explains it.....
Thanks ^^
