Title: TG16 PCE Wallpapers
Post by: Phase on March 16, 2014, 01:25:40 PM: Hi guys, thought Id post my wallpaper here encase anyone is interested in adding it to their wallpaper list/cycle.
It's been around for a while but I just recently updated it adding a pattern background and more dramatic lighting among a few other minor changes.

Edit 3/27/14: Here is another wallpaper, the Ys Book I & II Map.
I scanned mine, cleaned the real wear then stylized it a bit adding a boarder and fake wear.

Sure I can resize to 1600x900, will post it up later tonight when I go on my other PC.
Could also size it for tablet and phone if you want to post a resolution.

Don't know why but after becoming fascinated by the PCE briefcase yesterday searching the webs, I decided to make a new wallpaper. 8) I'll have to get some PCE hardware some day, just have US stuff atm.

Edit: Just remembered/saw what started me on looking the briefcase up it was the FS thread by the importer. I knew I stumbled on a pic of it somewhere..

ASIDE: I'd be interested in seeing versions with a flat logo (no embossing/3D), but that's just my subjective preference.

Thanks for the comment, I'm guessing you are talking about the TG wallpaper 3d like metal?
Well I started messing around with the TGwallpaper last night since your comment got me thinking and I made it more like the PCE case wallpaper(flatter more 2d like) I also jazzed it up a little. Anyway I like the outcome better than the old one so I replaced it.

Download gimp (free photoshop like prog) http://www.gimp.org/
Open the pic in it, go to the Color drop down menu
then hue-saturation, adjust hue slider to any color you want
then go to File then export to save, can save it as jpeg

jpeg menu can be 98 to 100 percent quality but under advance de-check all the boxes
