Hi folks.
Back in July 1993 I sent PayPal, but never received my items (Jack Nicklaus CD + Yo Bro French manual).
Any info on his whereabouts would be appreciated.
It's sad, but I still am looking forward to both items. (http://junk.tg-16.com/images/pcgs.png)
Thanks.

Dalder is a very nice guy and seems to have quite the collection / things for sale.
However, when I talked to him he would be gone for months and then replys may or may not come. I hope he's alright, but I would guess this is just kinda the way he is.
I hope it all works out for you!

dalder is the epitome of a time waster. and even when he doesn't waste it, he is always slow as f*ck.

Man and I thought I was cool accessing my email through Pine on 2400 bps dialup.
-
You meant Yo' Bro right? :P
Yeah it is frustrating when there is no communication between seller-buyer. I'm sure he's an OK guy though. Good luck.
-
I've dealt with him before and always eventually got stuff from him I bought.
However, last year I did buy a manual from him, and he hasn't returned to the forum last I checked since and the manual never arrived. I know he may have had some medical issues.

Pine, hah! I haven't heard of that since my university days! Wow, that brings back memories... Can't believe I used that crap for email BITD.
As to the topic, no, haven't heard from Dadler, esteban, but while we're on the subject of MIA members, SignOfZeta finally replied to a PM of mine. He's just super busy right now but does intend to return eventually.

I've only transacted with Dalder once and I remember it taking a long time to arrive (3 weeks after payment was sent), but it did arrive. Sorry to hear that seems to be his normal state.

Same here, s l o w. I never had a completed transaction with him but he had interest in an item for several months. I ended up terminated the deal with him do to dawdling and sold items to back-up buyer.

was slow but eventually delivered. eventually...

I'm bumping this...if anyone has an email that you've used for correspondence. Thanks.

In September he said the package was wrapped up and ready to send...of course, the transaction was from July (ha!).
Pretty soon it will be a year.

By now you have to realize you have been ripped off, no?

Crosses fingers for Esteban.
I honestly think Dalder isn't a criminal, he is just kinda flakey.

I would be opening a PayPal dispute if it was me. I'm pretty patient but this is ridiculous. All it takes for me to be satisfied is to have some kind of notification on what is going on. No contact whatsoever isn't a good sign. Esty, I really do applaud your willingness to wait. It's inspiring. But enough is enough, brother.

You have been for your stuff for longer than i have been alive....

Ha. Thanks for the support. (http://junk.tg-16.com/images/pcgs.png) Obviously, I should have been on top of this (last year), but I honestly forgot about it for a long time.
Plus, I want to play the game more than I want the money.
The same goes for the manual—my unhealthy appreciation of Yo Bro extends to the French manual. I know it's sad. I want the manual more than $3. Ha. Cheap thrills.
At this point, I know it seems unlikely I'll see either the items or the money, but getting a refund would be "disappointing" (you know what I mean).
