Is this legit? I haven't watched it yet, but this is too crazy to behold! That game has kicked my ass since it first came out.
It's supose to be legit from what i herd.

O_o oo speaking of neo geo games theres a anime intro on the sega saturn version of Twinkle Star Sprites that I'm pretty sure only exists on the Saturn. (you gonna need to turn the vol up).
wow 110 meg download for that magi lord... (hmm woulda been nice if hudson brought Magicians lord out for the pce arcade card)
after watching that vid wow that player killed the bosses off sooo fast with 3~4 hits O_o

Dayum! This guy is awesome! I could never get past Road to Strange Place.
Last Resort was one shooter that was just impossible to beat on one player even a BIOS chip. I only beat the game with the BIOS chip on 2 player with someone else. It's like R-Type, you die and it puts you back at a checkpoint and lose all your power ups.
The weak spot on the final boss is in an extremely compromising place, I can't remember but I think it's behind your ship in which you can't turn around.
BTW what's this Super Famicom game called?

I think it is legit. The player even messed up and died at one point trying to fend off two frogs, but the player has real skills no doubt.
You know when I was watching the player changed into a ninja, samurai, and red lizard it remined me of Kid Chameloen.

Faster than Saturn on a Neo Geo CDZ (which I need) maybe....
But Neo Geo CD is notorious for slow ass load times.

NGCD loading times aren't so bad for the older, lower meg games, but some games (like Real Bout Fatal Fury 2 or KoF'97) are insane.

If I can get the menus translated, I will definitely aim at beating it. It gives me the same effect as Far East of Eden, can't fully enjoy it because the menus are entirely in kanji.
SSRPG is ridiculously short I heard. When you start a new game, you can choose whoever you want to start the game with out of Haohmaru, Genjuro, Cham Cham, Galford, Charlotte, or Nakoruru.
It's two separate quests in which you can choose from from the get-go.
Amakusa is the final boss of Quest A, and Mizuki is the final boss of Quest B.

Understanding the menus was the hardest part for me to start playing Tengai Makyou II. When I finally took the time to really learn the menus, it took me about 15 or 20 minutes and it was so much more playable after that.

I'll leave that to maybe PCEFX members "Black Tiger" or "Kaminari", that is if they can make videos. They seem to know alot about the TM series.
As much as I want to get into this series, I can't get very far because in most TM games, I kinda spaz out when menus have no katakana and are entirely in kanji.

I've never played that game before! It looks great. I don't understand why the bosses are such pushovers, though. The second boss confrontation is really neat -- too bad it doesn't do anything, barely moving and barely using its gatling gun.

I used to rent that alot back in the late 90's.

Kyukyoku Tiger and Splatterhouse! I've always heard that the FM-Towns version of Splatterhouse was pretty sweet, is that true? It certainly looked like a lot of stuff was stripped from the PCE version (i.e. extra animation of NPC's in background, Rick lying prostrate and getting up, etc.)
The music in Kyukyoku Tiger was nice :) ... I guess I should try to find the OST, if there was one.

Yeah, the music in Volfiev was really nice... Volfiev is a clone (sequel?) of the famous, classic Qix.:)
There are tons of clones of the game, all of them pretty good. A few years ago I was playing some "nudie girl" clone of Qix, where you were encouraged to get 80%+ of the screen cleared just to see some pixellated boobies.

Is the nudy game you are referring to one of the Fantasy arcade games? Those games are hilarious! You get to choose from several characters to play as, such as Robocop, the Terminator, Rambo, etc... and you knock out the screen to get nude images.

Rayxanber looks like total shit, but Tatsujin Ou looks awesome. The bomb in that game is still the coolest bomb ever in a shooter.

More from FM-Towns. - Really impressed by this arcade port. Has Earthquake and zoom features included. Shame this game isn't emulated properly in Unz.

Another high quality Japan-only Konami title on the Famicom gets translated in English! Esper Dream 2, Action-RPG
It's the 2nd and final game in an action RPG series that started on the Famicom Disk System. Also uses the VRC6 chip, just like Akumajou Densetsu/Castlevania IIIj. It would've been cool if there was a Esper Dream 3 for Super Famicom, man with the colors the SFC can display, it would've been a work of art!

Emulating this game is not 100% perfect yet. Sometimes the voice audio likes to skip and echo, and I can't do anything about that. I did several recordings and picked out the ones with the less hiccups. Most of them turned pretty good btw.

Just learning to make SNES/SFC clips with ZSNES and FRAPS (uh oh I think I tarnished my Super Famicom image as I once vowed to only capture off my SFC console. But from now on if I did it off the real system, I'll just label it in my description.
Gunpuru/Gunman's Proof. This RPG totally knocks off Zelda: A Link to the Past.
Genocide 2
Osu! Karatebu, interesting but not very good fighting game
I'm just saying this for fun, but to all the guys that have recently jumped on the YouTube bandwagon, eventually you'll be running into one certain member, lol, some of us old timers will know who I'm talking about. She's cool and all, but she is soooo predictable! She catches on FAST! It's to the point where if I just uploaded a video, just finished processing and it momentarily gets 5 stars and is favorited (and it hasn't even been 5 minutes yet), she's the first person that comes to mind and I check her profile and favorites list, BAM! My intuitions were right on point. She told me one time one person she subscribed to had blocked her because she has a Favorites Stash of almost 1000 videos, tons of subscriptions, friends, but.....no videos. Any opinions on that? Interesting pet peeve.

Are you talking about the "little gal from Saskatchewan"? She pretty much matches the profile you described. After watching a couple videos from you and Nintega for the past two weeks she seem to pop up every now a then.

Are you telling me that there are YouTube groupies?!! Insanity.
Just keep in mind that this is probably not a gal from Canada, but a 38 year old male in Delaware :).

Yup, she also got her eyes on Digi.K and Black Tiger as well. At one point I had been considering teaching her how to make videos with all these free sources that's readily available, as she thinks she necessarily has to have a webcam or spend money on expensive equipment. I mean look at Nintega, even though he couldn't make stuff of his own (back then anyway, I'm partially responsible for the "Boss Rush" vids he made, I taught him the whole gist of AVI recording and compressing and he learned pretty damn fast) he started out by uploading Japanese game commercials. But seriously, as wrong as I think it was for blocking someone for not having videos, I still have some standards, but not to be held against her. Even if you upload some measly video from another site (as long as you give credit), at least you gave back.

Well, I haven't ran into her yet, but I'm still very new to youtube. I had no idea groupies was common place.
Perhaps it's not that she doesn't want to learn to make videos, but wondering what material could she post that isn't on youtube already.

Ugh, ChibiGAL. She's got decent taste in games, and I'm glad that she likes the stuff I upload, but she really takes "fervent admirer" to the next level. Like you said, Tone, she's always the first person to comment on any of my videos, and it's getting to to the point where I know exactly what she's going to say. I don't mean to rant, but if someone is going to consistently comment on my videos, I'd really appreciate it if they could vary it up a little, and at least be partially honest. I'm getting pretty tired of seeing stuff like:
"Hey Cool video awesome you Kick Ass *Hugs*"
"Awesome thanks for uploading this this game looks fun"
"Wow i played this game before its Cool LOL"
"Groupie" would actually be an excellent description. Some of the more recent messages that she's sent me have been just a little bit too flirty. It can't be just me.

Akutare might be catching the brunt of that, since he mostly uploaded Ganbare Goemon videos, and she gets mad orgasms out of that series. I wonder what would happen if I made a pointless 3 second video with just a picture of Goemon and Esibumaru...
Yeah she'll throw in "awsome video" in 90% of her comments too, you know what, I could be wrong, but I now kinda suspect that may be the real reason why she got blocked but never came out. He/she may have gotten fed up with that.

Haha as funny as those posts were, since I started it I think I'd better call off the ChibiGAL talk, y'know just in case she comes in here out of curiosity and stumble up on this. If she can make her way onto dozens of channels a day on youtube, medium chances are she could find her way in here you never know. There were a few things to get off some chests but I don't intend to make fun of nobody
