Title: TurboDuo sound issue fixed itself?
Post by: Buster D on April 02, 2014, 03:16:21 PM
Years ago, I had a US Duo which eventually stopped outputting redbook audio.  I later got a Duo-R and have been using that as my main machine.
I was finally going to to have the capacitors in the US Duo replaced so I could sell it, but when I hooked it up and tested it last night, everything seemed to work fine.  I know it wasn't working before, so is it possible a capacitor somewhere was only mostly dead and came back to life?

I'm sure the problem will come back, I just wanted to know if anyone had had the same experience with redbook audio working again after not working at all.
