Totally not helpful: Nearly the entire US library and tons of Japanese games, too.  Too many to list.

There are a few threads for this topic, the most active of which is the "Race is on Bitches!" thread. There's also daisakusen(.net?) which lets you track games you both own and have cleared and it inspired that thread.

Off the top of my head, the only Turbo games I haven't completed are:

Might & Magic III
Camp California
Yo Bro
Sim Earth
Magical Dino Tour
Volleyball games

How dare you not finish Magical Dinosaur Tour, you sinner.

I've finished Magical Dinosaur Tour as much as it can be finished (there's no ending but I've looked at everything it has to offer).  It's not terrible for what it is.

street fighter ii
fatal fury special
strider

In comparison, I've beaten 5 SNES games, and 1 Genesis game (unless 14 credit Sonic 2 counts)

well the reason i ask is because there are some games that are near impossible to beat. bloody wolf was this to me and also I've been trying to beat pac land for some time now and that is hard lol

I don't play them, just buy me and keep them on a shelf forever. No one touches or really even looks at them. This keeps them mint and the value high.....hahaha now that everyone's blood is at a boil I gotta go beat shape shifter as I'm up to the creature from the black lagoon

Can you even "beat" sim earth?
You beat Sim Earth by completing the Venus scenario and accomplishing a planetary exodus.

But he beat Night Creatures, Gunboat, and Falcon... and...

China Warrior.

* nullity shudders

I actually came back to say that I don't believe I have completed Gunboat, Falcon and maybe Ballistix. I have played through Night Creatures many times though.

I never get crazy high scores in pinball, either. So I rarely achieve the "endings" in pinball games...

Also, I never beat Ghost Manor or Yo Bro. Yo Bro got particularly tough and I began wondering if there were hidden caches of weapons that I missed somewhere, because some enemies in the last stages are unforgiving if you mess up only a little...

I don't know how B_T whipped Night Creatures because I get stumped.

I avoid FAQs/assistance when I play. I like to figure stuff out on my own.

I WILL NEVER BEAT TURRICAN. I tried for years, failed miserably, and finally watched Rover's playthrough to commemorate my utter defeat.

You can read my guide or watch the playthrough videos of Night Creatures to see how to beat it. The trick is there is a very narrow progression path that must be followed to make it through before the time limit. It's easier to clear than Simon's Quest.

I beat Simon's Quest many times, but I remember getting stuck at some points the first time through (totally non-intuitive arbitrary actions to unlock a passage, no in-game clues). The fact that I remember getting stuck, and I played the game when it was released, is frightening!  (http://junk.tg-16.com/images/pcgs.png)

I don't want to cheat (use your guides) yet with Night Creatures. I just don't know when/how I'll figure some stuff out  (http://junk.tg-16.com/images/pcgs.png). Don't worry, NC is far more enjoyable to me than Turrican TG-16.

You just have to dedicate time to beating a game you love. It's really satisfying seeing the end screen! You get really pumped when you are on a last boss and beat them with a sliver of life left

I also like setting incremental goals for myself such as beating my previous high score en route to beating the game.
