I've gotten a few from the Nolan brothers, BeaglePuss and MrMarko673.

They're on a few forums.

There is a person on Nintondo Age that does repros (this included) for $25 each if you send them a donor cart.  I got Terranigma and SoM 2 from them and was happy with the work.  They have a list of okay donors on the site, plus will also replace the batteries with new ones for $1 more.

Try ocdreproductions.com  I would say timewalkgames but they went out of business recently.

Timewalk did awesome work.  I kick myself for not picking up a box/manual/map for several games from them before they went out of business.

after a bit of googling. i think im going to try to make my own repro. it sounds like a fun project. I will probably make a thread when i get the parts. The most enjoyable part of this is the knowledge. cant wait to try it.

The ROM flasher is a bit on the expensive side, isn't it? That's what's been keeping me away.

What EPROM burner did you go with?  I use a Top 853 which is a cheap Chinese one and it works fine for smaller EPROfMS used on NES carts.  It should also handle most of the EPROMS used for SNES stuff too.  I have my eye I one of these http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=261344790539&alt=web so I can do larger EPROMS for Genesis carts.

Good luck on doing it yourself.

If that doesn't work out for you, then I second the recommendation for ocdgamer.  I have bought about 25-30 off of him, and his quality was great.  I've also bought some from lord loss on reddit. His were cheaper, but his quality was not as high as ocdgamer. The next time I'm in the market for so.e more repros, I'll probably go through ocdgamer again.
