He wants a TG16 controller extension cable not a converter cable. Like this one here http://www.ebay.com/itm/usa-seller-NEW-ROCKFORD-FOSGATE-8-PIN-MARINE-EXTENSION-CABLE-RFXMR6-RF16-RFXMR3-/271346002891?pt=US_Marine_Audio&hash=item3f2d7b6bcb&vxp=mtr
This should be a cheaper version of the same cable
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Poly-Planar-CCD16-Boat-Marine-CD-Changer-Extension-Cable-16-Feet-/130355418641?pt=Boat_Parts_Accessories_Gear&hash=item1e59c9d611&vxp=mtr
The cable I posted may be a bit too long. For some reason I can't find anywhere that sells shorter ones for a decent price.

Terry goes both ways?!? SEXY!

Keith, I guess that cable would not be too long if you had like a 70" plus tv to be sitting way back... That would be cool to have then. Nice to know it can be gotten else-where's for less.

i think there might be a problem with signal loss from a cable that long... i thought 6' was about the limit. can anyone confirm this?

I use 12 foot extensions, and have no issues.

I bought one of the ones Keith Courage linked to. This one, http://www.ebay.com/itm/130355418641?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 and it came today. Looks really nice, and works perfectly. Just thought I would share in case anyone wanted to get one. :)

Is there one that' s still active?

Yep, from the same seller too. Just got to his store, and search Poly. He has at least one more.

OK, quick update. I have been using this cable with no issues at all. BUT, today I decided to plug in the Turbo EverDrive, and although it navigates the menu itself just fine, once you load a game and start it, there are serious issues. Buttons don't respond, have a delay in responding, ect.. Unplugged it and disconnected the extension, and the TE worked like it should. So...for some reason, the TE does not like extensions at all. I seem to remember it also happening with other extensions I used, but i thought it was my controller as it was not as severe. Maybe it is some sort of power issue or something. I have no clue as to why the extension would work just fine with all my CD games, but have issues with the TE.

Thanks for the info Bernie. Got the cable today. Works well. I dont have an everdrive, so i cant confirm whether this happens or not. Thanks again
