Title: I Need an AV Booster. Can Anyone Help?

I've just discovered I need an AV Booster for my white PC Engine.
I checked out Ebay and found 1 which will cost me £35 including shipping from Japan (about $64).
I have no idea if this is reasonable or expensive or what! Can someone shed some light?

Alternatively, would a hardware mod do the same job?

35 quid is a lot of money..

Thats the brand new one right ?

is that total price with express delivery ??

I'm quite happy to go with just normal air mail..  I've not lost anything yet through the post and the postal service have gotten better over the years now with less things going missing.
