Seeing as it's Dracula's castle and I'll get a kick out of playing Dracula X in there, I'll chip in $10 as well. $25 now, I think we're almost in the running for the purchase.

Here's a castle that's right down the street from me. Its a little more affordable. Its been on the market for over 10 years, so the seller may cut us a deal.

We can execute a group buy, and I'll volunteer to live there as grounds keeper since I'm local :)
