Title: Pc Engine Duo
Post by: Mrwoodchuck on July 31, 2014, 07:27:03 AM
So I got 3 duo's coming in from japan, they are all in need of repair. "caps replaced, laser adjustment"

But my question to the forum is should I region mod if I'm going to sell one or more of them?

Or should i leave them pristine for my fellow collectors?

thanks for the input!

I'd offer the region mod to prospective buyers for an optional additional fee.  That way everybody is happy.

I already ordered my region mod parts before I saw that site.  #-o
but at least i wont make the same mistake for an rgb mod, pretty reasonably priced.

Thanks for the tip!

I can attest to quality of  Turbokon's rgb chip, I've used one in a SNES, and it worked great.
