This evening, I just finished playing 2 games. probably spent 90min or so on each.

The Haunting on Sega Genesis, and completing it. Playing it again, reminded me a lot of things. I had Panic on Sega CD years ago, and that game was supposed to be great for wasting time, lots of different clips and such. No point to Panic, from what I recall. I never cared as much for it as I did The Haunting for shit like that, as a game to waste time, seeing the different animations of the stuff you could haunt in The Haunting was pretty cool.

I haven't touched the game in years, so I played it through, and completed the game.

I also played through Splatterhouse. I last beat Splatterhouse in... 2009 or so? I forgot how much I disliked stage 6 I spent 30min or so on that crap. It also took 4 tries or so to beat the last boss, since I had forgotten the routine there.

I haven't done much gaming in a while, so it was interesting. I can't think of the last time I played 2 console games in a day, and both to completion.

.

Suck it up. It'll heal. (At least it has for me - fricken x-acto blades)

Or go to a doctor.  That'd probably be a logical course of action.  I've never been big on logic.  It's overrated in my book.  But don't die.

We should hang out.  Howabout this weekend? Dangit, at some point I should have taken this to PM, but it's my birthday and hooray beer. So there. :P

The girlfriend was driving through Pontiac and walking down the middle of the road was this little guy.

*Had to include my feet to continue the myth I'm a little person!

Since he was found on Osmun street his name is Osmun or Ozzy for short.

We're looking for the owners but I want to keep him. Either way, he's being taken care of.

Preparing for the weekend. Cleaned out some e-mail, need to type a few responses. nothing too much. Caught up with what is here, since I last looked a few days ago. Have something to do in 30min or so. Keeping this board in the background while I can reply.

* Oh, I also noticed today a fast food buffet place, on the TV the past few days, when advertising, is using Republica's, "Ready to Go" tune, in their commercials. I have not heard that on a commercial since it was used for some beer commercial, lollapalooza commercial, carbonated sugar drink commercial, National lampoon's Vegas Vacation movie, back in the 90's. It's been years since I heard that on a commercial.

I like the singer's hair on the album art.

Also that the creators of The Venture Bros. borrowed that look for Dr. Girlfriend when she first got together with the Monarch.

I know a bit about Venture Bros, but not that much.

All I know is a non-Vegas buffet has paid for rights to a particular tune, to advertise their buffet. A tune I have not heard on, "Over the air" commercials, in AGES.

Then again, it's about 20 years old, may get some folks who spawned during the 90s, early 00s to take their spawn out to said place.

So they're feeding on potential customers' nostalgia so they'll perhaps feed on their buffet? I love it! lol

It's business! A tune their children may have been spawned to, take them out to a place that played a particular tune in their commercial.

It's like beer!

Not really, that commercial might as well replace it with this;

They have issues with them hiding some food near dumpsters, when inspection comes around. Why I learned years ago, some inspectors carry bleach around, to make sure they pour that in the crap in the dumpster, so they don't take it out later. Than again, some just try to wash that mess off, from what I;ve heard. Eating out's a gamble!

Good man, Esteban.

I expect nothing but the best, from ya.

In hotels, my parents, they just used to check the pool, at certain times, to make sure no one was making out or f*cking in them, before they took me there. They caught it at least twice, I know of.

If at a beach, that's different, though, Can't check that!

Sweating my balls off at Disneyland with the twins. They should rename it Gougeme Land!  god... I need a beer but even a tiny juice box is $2 here. Why is it so hot outside?

Cute kids.  We've done Disney World a handful of times. Doing Disney Land next time as I've convinced my 8 year old daughter she wants to see Radiator Springs / Cars stuff. Plus never been to California and want to see other stuff nearby.  Wife and I just did Las Vegas two weeks ago .. fark it was hot.  Anyway enjoy.

As for today .. I drove 90mins to pickup a nice Obey bundle, drove 90 mins back. Then sat for 60+mins cleaning and testing everything.  Wife, and daughter just got back from the Zoo .. and now want to grab dinner and ice cream.  So it's been an excellent Sunday.

My son is napping and I dare not wake him. Cat is purring his ass off on couch next to me. I TOOK A MUG AND THE ENTIRE COFFEE CARAFE FROM KITCHEN INTO LIVING ROOM. as I said, dare not wake the boy with sounds of coffee being poured.
