I used to own a book that was like a guide book for a bunch of different TG16 games. The names of the Military Madness maps were in there. And it seems like the path through the maze level of Legendary Axe was in it as well. Plus a bunch of other stuff. Seems like it was greenish-blue on the cover. Anyone know what I am talking about?
Never mind...found it. This is what I was looking for. (http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51HEiwJNhqL.jpg)

I remember that book all too well. I received it for Christmas back in the day.
Kind of a silly looking cover design-- just what the heck is that thing? A panda or some type of sloth? And what does it have to do with TG-16 games anyway?
-
Yeah, I never understood the cover image either.
-
I have that book along with the other two hint guides released for the turbo. Excellent amount of info in it. For the earlier hucard/CD games.

I would like to get that one again, but it will be later.

GamePro also released strategy guides titled "GamePro Hot Tips" that had info for some TG games included. I can confirm two, Sports games and Adventure games. Not sure if any more were released.

Here's some stuff. MMIII book is for the computer game, but I count it as 100% official TG16 product:

What is in that Ultimate Hint guide? I'll have to look for that.

A small TurboGrafx section with seven pages of short tips for early ('89-90) games.
-
I own the first 4 books listed here, going from left to right.
I do, also have a, "Tips and Tricks" magazine, the last one that featured a section of TG-16 cheats. After that month, I never saw that section in that magazine again. That magazine is well-worn, since at the time, when I used those cheats/codes, it was easier to lay on a chair, tv-tray, etc, than a, "normal" book. That magazine taught me how to access the cheats in Somer Assault, and get to the flashing screen that may cause epileptic fits!
I'll post pics of it here, later.

QUESTION: Would the Bonk head have retained, lost, or increased from the stated "$5 value!"
Assume millions were made.
Ok, assume dozens were made.

All in a landfill somewhere.

Lol I immediately thought of an O'Reilly book when I saw that cover.
