Title: Update on UNIVERSO PC-ENGINE

Hi, there.

I've started to make some changes on UNIVERSO PC-ENGINE, and I've just put 2 new sections online (planning to add other 3 in the following weeks):

RECORDS: A place dedicated to all PCE hardcore players! If you feel like been unbeatable on some specific PCE game, why don't you post your efforts on this area?

GREETINGS: If you somehow helped UNIVERSO PC-ENGINE to grown up, you'll probably be listed there.
