Thanks to Tats for bringing it to my attention. Thunder Blade is finally getting the 3DS treatment. Although I'd much rather play it on a TV I can't really complain as all of Sega's 3DS games I've played have been amazing. Let's all pray that it gets a US release.

I thought you had an X68K? It's port of Thunder Blade isn't arcade perfect, but a damn good port I must say.

I do enjoy that port. The only thing that bugs me (really bugs me) is in order to slow the chopper down I have to hold down both buttons on the controller, while at the same time try and keep shooting. Doing all this tends to get me killed by a skyscraper. :P

The X68K version isn't really meant to be played on a pad... They just included that to make the game be playable out of the box... It's really meant to be played with the Cyberstick. Get one, you'll be very happy you did.

What Sega games are on the NA 3DS eshop right now? Off the top of my head I remember Space Harrier being one? I've wanted to try them (the Sega games). Also, however are they?
This is pretty cool though. I hope it comes here! About a week ago I also saw that JP was getting games like Fantasy Zone and Outrun as well? And I also may have read that they were in fact coming to NA at some point.

So far I have Galaxy Force II and Super Hang-On. Both are beautiful, though again I wish they were on Wii U instead. Off the top of my head you can also get Streets of Rage, Ecco the Dolphin, and Altered Beast. Though strangely AB is the Genesis version and not the arcade, which makes no sense.
-
It's because the Genesis version has parallax scrolling but the arcade was too weak and only had a wimpy single layer of scrolling.

So, what we have here is a classic example of the Genesis version being more arcade perfect than the arcade version.

I have read these before and I agree they are very cool interviews. Lots of very neat info.
