Title: FS/FT: Magic Knight Rayearth- SOLD
Post by: cjameslv on November 19, 2014, 11:32:30 AM
** Sold thanks!

There's a game, there's a case, there is foam. Nothing else. The disc has no scratches and plays fine. Trade offers (Obey or Saturn) preferred but will take cash.

and a pic (for those who refuse to use imagination)

I hate that I used to own this game complete and sold it. Bought it new for $30 on clearance...
I was going to offer *raised tentative pinky* one hundred billion dollars, bit I don't have it.

What Saturn games are you looking for to trade?

What Saturn games are you looking for to trade?

In no specific order (These can be loose as well):
Gekirindan
Shienryu
Soukyugurentai otokuyo
Image Fight/Xmultiply (Arcade Gears 4)
Strikers 1945 II
Skull Fang (Kuhga Gaiden)

I'm open to most of the good Shmups to trade doesn't need to be the super expensive things like Battle Garegga/Silvergun or such but the nicer ones of around the same value as Rayearth. Thanks

Game came in. Custom bluray case looks pimp. Will use the extra blank Saturn case to upgrade one of my other games.  Or maybe make it into a custom Knights Into Dreams Christmas case?

Do Sega Saturn emulators work well ? As this is a Victor Ireland RPG under Working Designs (RIP, *sniff*), I'd like to try it some day.

This game is really fun. Colorful graphics and story is descent as well. No idea on the emulator for Saturn as i never tried it, but i would give it a go if you haven't played this yet!

I thought rips CDs worked on this system?

I never tried it myself but I had thought I heard people could rip the ISO of the games and play them on a Saturn similarly as a Dreamcast.

I wouldn't buy the system for one game, so would go the emulator route. Dunno about anti CD-R measures, but there's probably a mod to disable it unless there's no protection as you're indicating.

Oh trust me the Saturn has way more then one game that makes it worth while.

Apart from all of the Working a Design games there are many other games that are very fun for it.

And the import games are just as fun granted I am very new to that side of Saturn fun.

But yeah I was under the impression that there wasn't any form of copy protection.  Just the need for a action replay cart to play most games that are copies or import.

Panzer Dragoon Saga being that one oddity that has to be for the region of system you are playing.

The Saturn has all kind of epic shmups, good rpg's and alot of really fun games. Definitely not just one game that's good for this system!

There is a way to mod the action replay and other mem carts to play backups on the Saturn. See my thread here: https://www.pcenginefx.com/forums/index.php?topic=18049.0
