I have an extra LT Super CD Adapter that I don't need.
If anyone wants it, let me know, and it's yours. I'm not looking for anything for it.

It comes complete in the box.

Out of interest... how much are these things worth nowadays..?

I picked up a loose one on ebay many years ago for 60 bucks, but I have never seen another since... so I can only assume that they command a fairly hefty price tag.

They appears rarely. I own 2 pieces boxed, i think they are about 200 dollars now.
