So, to keep it short and sweet, I replaced the caps in another Turbo Express I recently got. I plugged in the ac adapter, and turned it on. All was well then suddenly it shut off. Now it won't power back on at all. I tested the ac adapter with my other unit and it works fine.
Could something have fried? Maybe blew the fuse? Any insight is appreciated. I don't have my meter on me at the moment ](*,) thanks everyone!

Yes, the fuse might have gone bad. The fuse is circled in blue in this picture http://postimg.org/image/fcdk8fttf/. Not that it is the safest thing to do but you can touch a wire to each end bypassing the fuse for a short moment just to see if it turns on. Then you will know if it is the problem. I believe it is a 125V 1A fuse. I've used these with great results http://www.ebay.com/itm/10-pcs-1A-axial-leaded-fuse-BEL-MQ1A125V-/130370761057?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e5ab3f161

I would also check for caps that's installed in reversed polarity.

All the above (most likely the fuse) but also check the power plug solder joints for cracks.
